Information you enter
The website processes the business and customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, product descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, payment information, notes, logos, stamps and signatures you choose to enter or upload. It uses that information to create and manage your invoices and receipts.
Local processing and storage
Your document information, drafts, saved records, settings and layout preferences are stored locally in your browser on your device. The website does not send them to a developer-operated server. It has no account system, analytics, advertising trackers or cloud synchronization. It does not read other tabs, your browsing history, your contacts or unrelated files. Files are read only when you select them.
Sharing and exports
When you choose to export a PDF or JSON backup, the website creates a file on your device. When you choose email, WhatsApp, copy or device sharing, the information you choose to share is passed to your selected application or sharing destination. WhatsApp receives document summary text in the URL when you open a WhatsApp sharing link. Email drafts are opened through your configured email application. PDF attachments may require you to download and attach them manually. Those external services have their own privacy policies. Sharing never provides us with delivery confirmation.
Security, retention and deletion
The application does not separately encrypt local records or exported backups. Protect your device and backup files. Documents remain until you delete them or the local browser data is removed. Removing a Chrome profile, uninstalling the website, or losing access to the device can result in loss of data. You can delete individual saved documents, export your records as a backup, or remove all extension data by uninstalling it. Copies you have downloaded or shared must be removed separately from those locations. The developer cannot access, recover or remotely delete your locally stored documents.
Data use commitments
We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. Document data is used only to provide the invoice and receipt features you request. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Support and changes
If you email support, we receive the message and information you voluntarily send. Do not send sensitive customer records unless needed for the issue; remove unnecessary personal information first. We may update this policy when the website changes and will update the effective date.

Website hosting and free usage
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Daily usage and exported document IDs are stored in your browser. User accounts and payments are not connected yet.
